Meet
Joy Garcia

After graduating with a nursing degree, Joy discovered the world of early childhood education. That was 20 years ago and she has never looked back! In the various roles she has held within the early childhood education sector, Joy has gained a wealth of knowledge from hundreds of young families, teachers from all walks of life, and professional teams of diverse dynamics. Joy hopes to impact the lives of teachers, ECE leaders, families, and their children in the same way as her journey has been enriched.

Joy has a Graduate Diploma In Teaching (ECE), a Bachelor of Science (Nursing, Cum Laude), a RIE Foundations Certificate, and maintains her NZ Teacher Certification (Full). She is a mother, a wife, and an avid gardener.
